Bela Silva

She lives in Brussels. She was born in Lisbon.

She got a Master’s degree in Sculpture at ESBAL, a degree in Ceramics at Ar.Co, a Master’s degree in Art at Art the Institute of Chicago.

Among the solo exhibitions it is important to mention: “Antes do mar, as águas”, Museu Nacional do Azulejo; “O armário dos celadons”, Casa-Museu Anastácio Gonçalves; “Um olhar sobre o palácio”, Museu Nacional da Ajuda. She participated in several group exhibitions in Brazil, Japan, China, France, New York and Chicago. She exhibits Public Art in the underground station at Alvalade, Blue Tile Panels in the Saikai Culture Centre, Japan. Her work is represented in different collections in Portugal and abroad.
